The Metcalfe Skating Club is a non-profit organization that is operated by volunteers. Volunteering is the key to our club's continued success.

• Vice President 
  
  
• Public Relations - To send newspaper ads, posters, brochures to required parties as requested by the board.
  
  
• Program Assistants - For the KinderSkate and CanSkate programs, the club relies on the many helpers know as program assistants (PA's). The PA assists the professional coaches with demonstrating skills, as well as warmup and warmdown activities. PA's have the opportunity to develop leadership skills and assist in the skill development of young skaters.
  
  
• Club Volunteers - Some of the available positions involve registration activities, shows, fund raising and many more.
