Helmet Policy

•  KinderSkate, CanSkate and Adult CanSkate up to and including Stage 5 must wear a CSA approved hockey helmet while on the ice.
  

General Guidelines

• Gum, food and beverages are permitted in the stands and in the lobby.
• Please wait until the zamboni is completely off of the ice before stepping onto the rink.
• Skates must be worn on the ice.
• Please enter and exit from the assigned rink door.
• If a child hurts him/herself on the ice, we ask that the parent(s) please wait. The coaches have FirstAid and will bring the child off of the ice as soon as possible.
• If you would like to speak with a coach, s/he is able to do so after the session or during the free skate at the end.
• We aim to keep all doors to the ice surface closed at all times.
• If your child has an old report card, from any club, please bring it in.
• The first few weeks take some << settling in >> as our coaches evaluate each of the skaters to ensure that they are directed to the best grouping to achieve their skating goals.
